Purchase Policies and Payment Terms

Every order placed with GameVault is treated with the utmost care, from secure payment processing to swift fulfillment. We strive for absolute accuracy in pricing and inventory, ensuring your shopping experience is as smooth as your favorite game night.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Upon successful payment, an order confirmation email is sent to your registered address. We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. For pre-orders or backordered items, estimated shipping dates will be communicated clearly on the product page and in your order confirmation. Fulfillment timelines can vary and are subject to product availability and shipping carrier schedules.

Payment Methods & Security

GameVault accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways as indicated at checkout. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology to protect your financial information. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.

Pricing Accuracy & Inventory

While we endeavor to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate, errors can occur. In the event of a pricing error for an item you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. Inventory levels are updated dynamically; however, rare discrepancies may arise. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will be offered a refund or an alternative.

International Shipping & Customs

For our international players, please note that all prices are listed in USD. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected by the destination country's customs agency and are not included in your GameVault purchase price or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you're not entirely thrilled with your GameVault purchase, we're here to help make things right. Our policy is designed to be fair and easy to understand.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Used, opened, or damaged items may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee. Defective or incorrect items are exempt from these conditions.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Our goal is to ensure you receive perfect gaming gear every time.

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. GameVault cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
